Colombia – Day 10

We’ve wrapped up our last day in Colombia. I got to preach at two churches today. I’m a little tired, but what an experience! The churches down here are really special. I hope to post pictures soon. We have to get up at 4:30 a.m. tomorrow morning! We arrive in Cleveland around 7:30 p.m. It’s going to be a long day! Please continue to pray for our safety.

Colombia – Day 9

Hola! This morning we went shopping. We primarily bought food to bring back home. The food in Colombia is very good! After shopping we ate lunch at Jeno’s Pizza. Muy bien! Then we came back to the apartment and rested. Tonight we visited with one of the pastors and his family. They came over to thank us for the work we did on their church building. What great people! Tomorrow I get to preach at a church on the south side of Bogota. I’m excited about that! Again, thanks for your prayers. Keep praying for our safety as we return to the states on Monday.

Colombia – Day 8

Today we visited Colegio Peniel, a Christian Day School about three hours south of Bogota. What an experience! Be sure to visit the CCM website to watch the video. The kids are so cute! We delivered over 300 school supply bags. The kids and teachers really liked them. God is doing a great work in Colombia. Thanks for partnering with us.

Colombia – Day 7

The roof is on! Today we start painting and putting the final touches on the work project. We’ll probably have to go back Saturday and wrap things up. Thanks again for your prayers. We’ve seen God work in some neat ways! Prayer changes things!

Colombia – Day 1

We arrived in Colombia last evening at around 9 p.m. You can go to the Colombian Christian Mission (CCM) website and watch a video of our day yesterday. There should be a new video posted about every other day. Today we’re going to see the sights in Bogota.
